HIGH BUILD SYSTEMS

High build systems are applied over a mechanically (shot blasted) prepared surface and are applied in two or three coats and range from 20 to 40 mils in thickness. They always utilize a minimum of two (2) applications of a 100% solids squeegee applied self leveling epoxy mathematically installed from 20-40 mils. They may be applied either smooth (not recommended) or with added traction grit. For increased chemical and/or yellowing resistance and gloss retention a two part aliphatic urethane can be employed as the final topcoat.

These systems can be used in warehouses, distribution facilities, dealership parts rooms, aircraft hangars and other medium duty areas.
